    Terrible Itching on Plaquenil---PLEASE HELP. The one thing that might help solve the problem is to stop the plaquenil. If you stop and the rash goes away in a logical period of time and then restart the drug only to have the rash come back. Bingo--you will know. It is also possible that you are having a rash from another cause.
